Week 8 Progress

So far I am mostly pleased with my work in this class. I have an A that is something I am proud of and excited about. I have tried hard to keep up with this class and to stay on top of the work. For the most part I stick to the same routine each week and try to make sure that I get each assignment done on time. In terms of developing my blog and site, I am happy with the way they are coming together. Coming from someone who is not techy or that has any past experience with creating websites or blogs. In the future I really want to try and be proactive, instead of waiting for the deadline I want to get things done ahead of time. I think this will work in my favor to work ahead and it will provide me with more possibilities to do the work on my schedule. Im happy with my site, I think it represents my topic well and I look forward to seeing the end result.

  1. Hi Page,

Great job so far in this class. I need to take your advice and stick to the same routine every week. I find myself just squeezing assignments in whenever I find time, and I would like to have a more regular routine like you. I have been doing a lot of extra credit to move further along in the class. Best of luck and finish strong!

Intro to Assignments

I am really looking forward to the different assignments in this coming semester for this class. By reading the overview of all the assignments it made me realize that this class is designed to keep me on track and to help me learn the most. I am excited for the storytelling part because I feel like that will be a way for me to express my creativity and show what I have learned so far. I also really enjoy reading so I think this will be fun and I can only imagine how interesting the readings are going to be. For the extra credit I am excited to research and learn more about the Growth Mindset because I thoroughly enjoyed that assignment and learning what the Growth Mindset is and how it can personally effect me. I have never had a class like this before and I am eager to see how it goes.  Source
